Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, has sued Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) for defamation over a social media post.
In the post, Goldman claimed Bobulinski made “false allegations” about Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s business dealings with help from a Trump-affiliated lawyer.
“Tony Bobulinski has used a Trump campaign-paid lawyer to make false allegations since October 2020,” Goldman wrote.

When Cassidy Hutchinson said he met with Mark Meadows with a mask on, he called her a liar.
Then she produced a photo.

Bobulinski warned the statement accusing him of lying to investigators was defamatory.
When Goldman refused to remove the post, Bobulinski filed suit.
“Your statement, as though it were a matter of fact, that Mr. Bobulinski has lied to federal investigators and Congress, is defamatory per se and will not be tolerated,” Bobulinski’s attorney told Goldman previously.
The suit alleges Goldman knowingly lied solely to serve his political agenda of protecting Joe Biden and smearing Bobulinski’s character.
It says Goldman’s assertions are unequivocally false and defamatory.
The suit seeks to hold Goldman accountable for his alleged malicious and intentional lies, made during a congressional hearing where Bobulinski testified Hunter and James Biden committed perjury.
