President Biden misspoke at the 2024 White House Easter Egg Roll when attempting to say “Easter bunnies,” but instead said “oyster bunnies.”
This led to widespread mockery on social media, with many criticizing Biden’s mental acuity and ability to carry out his presidential duties.

The gaffe came after Biden had proclaimed the previous day as “Transgender Day of Visibility” overshadowing Easter, leaving many Christians feeling insulted.
His administration also banned religious imagery from the White House Easter egg design contest.
The incident further fueled criticism of Biden’s verbal miscues and perceptions that his administration deprioritizes Christian holidays.
