Rep. Carol Miller Is Not a ‘RINO,’ She’s an ‘Undocumented Democrat’

Conservative candidate Derrick Evans accused Rep. Carol Miller of West Virginia of not truly being a Republican, calling her an “undocumented Democrat”.

Evans is challenging Miller for her House seat. He criticized Miller for voting for a $1.2 trillion spending bill that included funding for abortion, transgender surgeries for minors, and gun control measures.

“I don’t even refer to her as a RINO. She’s an undocumented Democrat,” Evans said. Evans argued the bill did nothing to secure the border or include immigration enforcement legislation.

“There was definitely enough information out there ahead of time to know not to vote for this bill. There was funding for abortion, transgender surgery on minors, there was red flag gun laws and issues coming after guns, we funded the Green New Deal, I mean we’re paying Egyptian college tuition, $850,000 for a gay senior room,” he said. He said it was unacceptable that Miller, representing one of the reddest districts, voted for such a bill that opposed Republican priorities.

“This is unbelievable that we’re even having this conversation right now, even more unbelievable that someone who is supposed to be representing one of the reddest districts in the entire country would actually vote for this specific bill,” Evans said. Evans portrayed Miller as not genuinely representing Republican voters in her district.
