Special Counsel Robert Hur confirmed in testimony that classified documents belonging to President Joe Biden were found in seven different locations, despite Hur previously saying he could not charge Biden due to insufficient evidence of willfully retaining them.

Hur acknowledged to Rep. Kelly Armstrong that classified materials were uncovered at the Penn Biden Center, in Biden’s Delaware garage and basement den, his main floor and third floor offices in the same home, the University of Delaware, and the Biden Institute, suggesting the documents were spread across multiple personal and academic sites overseen by the president.

Hur maintained his view this wide dispersion did not constitute enough proof Biden intentionally kept classified information.

“Mr. Hur, classified documents were found at the Penn Biden Center?” Armstrong asked.

“That’s correct,” Hur said.

“They were found in President Biden’s garage?” Armstrong asked.

“In Wilmington, Delaware, yes,” Hur said.

“And in his basement den?” Armstrong asked. (Trending: Boeing Whistleblower Found Dead, Left Behind Chilling Message)

“Also in the same home, yes,” Hur said.

“And his main floor office?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” Hur said.

“And his third-floor den?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” Hur said.

“At the University of Delaware?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” Hur said.

“And at the Biden Institute?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” he said.
