Tom Brady, a retired 46-year-old NFL legend, recently ran a faster 40-yard dash than his Combine time from 2000, showcasing his enduring competitiveness.
Despite being a late draft pick, Brady went on to become one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, winning seven Super Bowls.
“Clocks were different back then, right? Like, things were just a little slow? Was it a daylight savings thing?” one of Brady’s associates joked.

“This is not the true measure of a man,” Brady said. “I need to do this.”
“My only prediction is a 100 percent chance of excuses,” the associate joked.
“I’ll give you 100 percent chance of effort,” Brady said.

“You haven’t been an athlete in over a year,” another associate said.
Brady’s first run was clocked at 5.18 seconds, and the second 5.12.
While speculation about a comeback arises, Brady seems content with his retirement after a successful 23-season career.
Comparisons to younger quarterbacks like Patrick Mahomes highlight Brady’s unique playing style as a pocket passer, which contributed to his longevity in the league.
