An illegal migrant teenager accused of attacking NYPD officers in Times Square was arrested for allegedly robbing a Macy’s in Queens.
Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, 19, was charged with robbery and petit larceny along with three others.
During the robbery, a security guard was punched in the face.
Gomez-Izquiel was part of a group of illegal migrants who had attacked NYPD officers and were initially released without charges.
They later attempted to flee but were apprehended by ICE agents at a bus station in Phoenix.
