House Democrats largely voted against bills that would ensure the deportation of illegal alien drunk drivers and those convicted of Social Security fraud.
The “Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act” by Rep. Barry Moore aimed to make drunk driving a deportable offense, with only 59 Democrats supporting it.
Rep. Barry Moore said, “There was a newlywed couple from my hometown of Enterprise, Alabama, named Angel and Jeremy Seay. I knew them personally.”
Today, my legislation that forces President Biden to deport illegal immigrants who drive drunk or impaired passed the House.

“Angel and Jeremy were riding their motorcycle together when an illegal immigrant under the influence of alcohol collided into them with his pickup. Their lives were cut dramatically short,” he continued.
“Sadly, tragedies like this are not uncommon across our country,” he added.
Similarly, Rep. Tom McClintock’s legislation targeting Social Security fraud saw 155 Democrats voting against it.
These bills sought to address issues like drunk driving fatalities involving illegal immigrants and the prevalent identity theft cases by illegal aliens.
