A U.S. official confirmed that the drone responsible for an attack in Jordan was made by Iran.

The attack, carried out by an Iran-backed militia, led the Biden administration to hold Iran accountable.

The drone’s origin was confirmed using recovered shrapnel.

The Iraqi group responsible for the attack, Kata’ib Hezbollah, announced a halt to military operations under pressure.

“We announce the suspension of military and security operations against the occupation forces — in order to prevent embarrassment to the Iraqi government,” Abu Hussein al-Hamidawi stated.

Despite this, the Biden administration plans retaliatory measures against Iran and its proxies.

Both Iran and the U.S. have vowed to respond to any attacks.

Iran’s support for various terrorist groups in the Middle East is also highlighted.
