Snoop Dogg expressed “love and respect” for former President Donald Trump, citing Trump’s pardon of Michael Harris, co-founder of Snoop’s first label, Death Row.
Snoop said, “Donald Trump? He ain’t done nothing wrong to me. He has done only great things for me.”
“He pardoned Michael Harris, so I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump,” he continued.
Harris was serving a sentence for drug offenses when Trump granted him clemency.
This statement contrasts with Snoop Dogg’s past actions, including a 2017 music video where he depicted shooting a parody version of President Trump.
