A Frontier Airlines passenger, Dulce Huertas, is facing charges after allegedly pulling down her underwear in the plane’s aisle and threatening fellow passengers.
The incident occurred during a flight from Orlando to Philadelphia last November, where she had reportedly consumed alcohol.
Huertas threatened to kill multiple passengers and faces charges of simple assault, interference with a flight crew, and indecent exposure.
“Huertas continued to yell, curse, and threaten to kill multiple passengers,” the affidavit read.
If found guilty, she could face up to 21 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine.
