Nathan Wade, a prosecutor allegedly in a relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, is facing criticism in his divorce proceedings.
He has been accused of providing inadequate information about his alcohol, drug, and medication use, as well as failing to cooperate in disclosing financial records.
His wife’s lawyers have also accused him of hiding income and not providing support.
Joycelyn Wade’s attorney wrote, “Furthermore, while earning such substantial sums, [Mr. Wade] has provided nearly nothing to [Mrs. Wade] for her support and survival as her own bank account is often in overdraft.”
“I want to know how [Mr. Wade] has been spending his money. I have reason to believe he is spending it on another woman and that’s my client’s money,” he declared to the judge.
The divorce case has gained attention due to the alleged affair with Willis, and a judge has ruled that Wade’s wife has the right to uncover any alleged affair by her husband.
