Johnny Marr, lead guitarist for The Smiths, has demanded that former President Donald Trump stop using the band’s songs at campaign events.

This comes after a video showed The Smiths’ music being played at a Trump rally.

Marr is among a growing number of pop stars who have demanded Trump stop using their music, including Linkin Park, Neil Young, Steven Tyler, Panic! at the Disco, Phil Collins, The Rolling Stones, and Rihanna.

“Ahh…right…OK. I never in a million years would’ve thought this could come to pass,” Marr said. “Consider this shut right down right now.”

The rapper Eminem also sent a cease and desist letter to a Republican presidential candidate to stop using his songs on the campaign trail.
