Paul Riley, a Massachusetts man, won $4 million from a scratch-off game and brought his dog to claim the prize.

He plans to use part of the winnings to help animals and buy a car for his wife.

The game, 100X Cash, offers prizes up to $4 million with a 1 in 3.47 chance of winning any prize and a 1 in 5,376,000 chance of winning the grand prize.
