The founder of Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), Tim Ballard, is facing four new criminal sexual assault complaints in California, with his former assistant Celeste Borys accusing him of violent sexual assault during work trips in multiple cities.

Ballard’s lawyer dismissed the claims as a “shakedown” and suggested that Borys had “strong financial motivation” to make these allegations.

Additionally, six other women have filed civil complaints of sexual assault or misconduct against Ballard, implicating OUR in negligence or complicity.

Ballard’s lawyer also called the complaints a “carefully orchestrated media campaign”, citing a “strong financial motivation” to target him.
