Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to express frustration with Republican judges for what he perceives as their reluctance to make fair decisions, contrasting them with Democrat-appointed judges who he believes follow the party line.
He also criticized the handling of his legal cases, particularly the judge in his second E. Jean Carroll defamation defense trial.
Trump also shared quotes from Andrew C. McCarthy regarding the lack of victims in a lawsuit against the Trump Organization. (Trending: Hunter Biden’s Art Scheme Exposed By GOP Probe)

Trump wrote, “Republican Judges are very often afraid to do the right thing.”
“They go out of their way to show they are totally impartial, to the point of making really bad and unfair decisions,” he continued.
“Their counterparts, Judges appointed by Democrats, like [President Joe] Biden or [former President Barack] Obama, laugh at the stupidity of it all. They go out of their way to follow the party line, they don’t give the opposition a chance. Such a difference — It is so SAD to see!” exclaimed the former president.
Additionally, he expressed discontent with the legal challenges he faces, contrasting them with the actions of his presidential predecessors.
Trump previously posted, “Andrew C. McCarthy: ‘I was a prosecutor for many years, so I can’t say I’ve never seen such overt judicial loathing of a defendant and/or his counsel. But on those rare occasions, one usually finds sociopathic defendants who’ve committed heinous crimes, or lawyers whose tactics skirt the lines of suborning perjury and the like. Here, there is nothing like that. There is just … Trump. Judicial decorum demands that a judge have some rationale for this kind of indignation other than the defendant’s person. Yet that’s not what’s going on here.'”
“Andrew C. McCarthy: ‘Executive Law 65(12) outlaws engaging in “repeated” and “persistent” fraud in business dealings. Well, okay, but if one engaged in such an egregious pattern of behavior, surely we’d expect to find some victims, right? At least one victim? I mean, if you’re going to incinerate a multibillion-dollar international conglomerate, shouldn’t there be, you know, a bank that lost, if not millions in depositor savings, at least a few bucks? Especially if, as in James’s case, at issue are more than a dozen years of financial dealings. But here: There’s no victim. No harm to any creditor or investor. No bank or insurance company brought in to say, “Donald Trump ruined us … or at least profoundly damaged us … or maybe, you know, shaved a few shekels off some middle-manager’s annual bonus.”‘” wrote Trump.
Trump posted, “Crazed, Trump hating Judge, Lewis Kaplan, who presided over the Election Interference Witch Hunt, disguised as a trial, of a woman I have never met before (celebrity photo line does not count — I had no idea who she was!), was asked if he could delay this Rigged Political Scam for one day so that I could attend the FUNERAL OF MY BELOVED MOTHER-IN-LAW WITH MY WIFE, THE FORMER (AND NEXT!) FIRST LADY OF THE UNITED STATES — AND HE SAID NO.”
“He is a bad person and an even worse Judge. Appointed by, and friends with, [former President Bill] Clinton, he purposely scheduled this HOAX right in the middle of the important New Hampshire Primary. This is the second trial concerning the same person, who is represented and financed by POLITICAL OPERATIVES. It could have taken place at any time, including months ago. Can anyone imagine a husband not going to his wife’s mother’s funeral over a MADE UP STORY — A story that has been allowed to simmer by a really bad Judge who suffers from TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME!” he continued.
