House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan is investigating special prosecutor Nathan Wade over his ties to the White House and the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in relation to the Georgia RICO case against former President Donald Trump.
Jordan is seeking documentation of Wade’s communications, expressing concerns about improper coordination among politicized actors and potential misuse of federal funds.
Wade has been accused of having an alleged romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, and there are questions regarding the use of federal funds in the prosecution. (Trending: Hunter Biden’s Art Scheme Exposed By GOP Probe)

“The Committee has serious concerns about the degree of improper coordination among politicized actors—including the Biden White House — to investigate and prosecute President Biden’s chief political opponent,” Jordan wrote.
“The FCDAO reportedly compensated you using a concoction of comingled funds, including monies confiscated or seized by the FCDAO and monies directed from Fulton County’s ‘general’ fund. The Committee has information that the FCDAO received approximately $14.6 million in grant funds from the Department of Justice between 2020 and 2023 and, given the enormous legal fees you have billed to the FCDAO, there are open questions about whether federal funds were used by the FCDAO to finance your prosecution,” Jordan wrote.
The Judiciary Committee has requested relevant documents by January 26.
Additionally, Willis was subpoenaed in the divorce case between Wade and his wife.
