Cop Charged With Sexual Assault Reportedly Told Victim He ‘Didn’t Intentionally Rape’ Her

Former Pennsylvania police officer Justin Hain has been charged with rape and other offenses after allegedly assaulting a woman and claiming it was an accident.

The incident occurred in the woman’s home, where Hain reportedly ignored her pleas to stop and later told her he didn’t intentionally rape her.

“I didn’t intentionally rape you.” Hain reportedly said to the victim over the phone.

He faces multiple charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, rape by forcible compulsion, and sexual assault.
