Senator Tom Cotton endorsed Donald Trump for president, citing the perceived decline in safety, prosperity, and border security under Biden’s administration.
Cotton’s endorsement aligns with his stance on national security and immigration.
His endorsement, alongside that of House Republicans, adds to the growing support for Trump’s potential candidacy. (Trending: Fauci’s Ex-Boss Admits The Truth About COVID)
Sen. Cotton said, “When Donald Trump was president, America was safe, strong, and prosperous.”
“With Joe Biden as president, everything has gone to hell: families can’t afford groceries, our border is wide open to a full-blown invasion, and our enemies are starting wars everywhere,” he continued.
“I endorse President Trump and I look forward to working with him to win back the White House and the Senate so we can help hardworking Arkansans suffering from Joe Biden’s disastrous policies,” said Cotton.
“It’s time to get our country back on track,” added the senator.
While around twenty Senate Republicans have endorsed Trump, senior members of Senate leadership have not yet done so.
