An illegal alien from Mexico, Erik Santillan, has been arrested and charged with aggravated rape in Hamilton County, Tennessee, after allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl.
The incident occurred in 2022 while the girl was at a friend’s house, where Santillan was also present.
Despite initially assuming he had fled to Mexico, police located Santillan living in Orlando, Florida, and subsequently arrested him.
He remains in Hamilton County Jail on a $500,000 bail.
