Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) experienced a swatting incident on Christmas Day, part of a series of recent targeted incidents.

Swatting involves falsely alerting emergency services to provoke a heavy police response and has been used against politicians, wasting law enforcement resources.
