A Muslim family in Tennessee was arrested for allegedly beating a family member who converted to Christianity.
The victim, a juvenile, was found with cuts and bruises and reported being attacked by his mother, brother, and father for becoming a Christian.

The father and brother were charged with domestic assault, while the mother was charged with aggravated assault.
“The victim told officers his mother, brother and father repeatedly punched him and spat in his face,” the report noted.
“Arrest records show his mother then took a knife and scratched the back of his right hand with it.”
