GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik endorsed Derrick Anderson, a candidate for Virginia’s Seventh District, a significant swing seat.

Anderson, a former Special Forces Green Beret, lost the GOP primary in 2022 and is now aiming for the open seat in 2024.

Stefanik praised his dedication and understanding of the district’s needs, urging Virginians to support him. (Trending: Tucker Carlson Reveals ‘Secret’ Project He’s Been Working On For Months)

Anderson’s military background and experience, including training with the Israel Defense Forces, were highlighted, along with his commitment to working with Stefanik to address challenges in the district.

“Derrick was born and raised in Virginia’s 7th District, which means he understands exactly what the district needs. Derrick will outwork his opponents and flip this critical seat in the fight to grow the Republican Majority in the U.S. House,” Stefanik said.

“I’d ask that Virginians join me in supporting Derrick Anderson for Congress – we need more good people like Derrick in Washington.”

“Chairwoman Stefanik is fighting hard to make America a better place and I know that I’ll be able to work with her to improve the lives of people in Virginia’s 7th District,” Anderson said.

“My time as a Special Forces Green Beret taught me that teamwork is critical, and Chairwoman Stefanik is making sure that our team is as strong as possible so we can fix Joe Biden’s failures.”
