A California child molester, who previously identified as female, will serve 15 years in an adult prison for killing a friend.
Tubbs, also known as James, has had a history of violent crimes and drug offenses.
Previously convicted for assaulting a 10-year-old girl, Tubbs was shown leniency in Los Angeles due to policies by District Attorney George Gascon. (Trending: Tucker Carlson Reveals ‘Secret’ Project He’s Been Working On For Months)
The case was kept in juvenile court despite the severity of the crime.
Tubbs has a history of threatening others and has been involved in multiple violent incidents.
“I heard that child molesters don’t do well behind bars, and Tubbs is gonna spend the next 15 years in state prison,” Los Angeles prosecutor Shea Sanna said.
“I hope it’s a rough 15 years.”
