President Joe Biden mentioned at a fundraising event that one of the reasons he is seeking a second term is due to the influence of former President Donald Trump.
Biden expressed concern about Trump winning for the sake of the country.

“But we cannot let him win, for the sake of the country.”
“Biden has a history of being more candid than usual when surrounded by deep-pocketed supporters,” the report noted.
However, despite Biden’s running due to Trump, recent polls show Trump with a slight lead over Biden, with a growing unfavorable opinion of Biden.
Additionally, while Trump does not have the GOP presidential nomination, he maintains a significant lead in the polls, with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as his closest competitor.
