Lil Wayne is being sued by a former bodyguard who accused the rapper of threatening him with an assault rifle and punching him in the head at Wayne’s residence in 2021.

The bodyguard alleges assault and emotional distress, claiming Wayne also accused him of leaking a photo to the press.

Wayne’s team denies the altercation and ownership of a gun. (Trending: Bombshell Email Uncovered Between Joe Biden And Hunter)

The document states that Wayne “engaged in outrageous conduct, specifically, erratically threatening, assaulting, and battering (him) while holding a semiautomatic rifle.”

The bodyguard is seeking justice, citing physical and emotional harm, including PTSD, and loss of wages.

This incident follows Wayne’s previous legal issues involving firearms, including a prior conviction and a federal gun charge.
