King Charles III delivered an opening address at the COP 28 climate conference in Dubai, warning of the dangers of climate change, just after arriving in his personal jet.

He urged world leaders to take more action to address the issue.

“Unless we rapidly repair and restore nature’s unique economy, based on harmony and balance, which is our ultimate sustainer, our own economy and survivability will be imperilled,” King Charles said. (Trending: Disgraced Democrat Sued For Sexual Assault)

“I pray with all my heart that COP28 will be another critical turning point towards genuine transformational action,” he added.

“We are seeing alarming tipping points being reached.”

The conference, attended by global elites, aims to find ways to reduce global emissions.

The UK government has pledged £1.6 billion for international climate change projects, including a £60 million contribution to a loss and damage fund for the world’s poorest countries.

The conference has over 104,000 attendees, including government teams and experts.
