Left-wing activists are organizing to collect signatures for various abortion ballot initiatives ahead of 2024, following the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
Pro-abortion organizations and activists are using ballot measures to solidify and expand the abortion industry, with every abortion-related ballot measure since the fall of Roe being successful.
“Except as provided in Article X, Section 22, no law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider,” the initiative reads. Nine states to watch out for include Nebraska, South Dakota, Missouri, and Florida, where various left-wing groups are working to enshrine the right to abortion into state constitutions.
