Amid Israeli forces advancing into the Gaza Strip, Israel has agreed to hold expanded daily pauses in military operations to allow civilians to leave the region.
President Biden has been pressuring Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for a longer pause.
“I’ve been asking for a pause for a lot more than three days,” Biden said. (Trending: Donald Trump Gets Great News)

“I’ve asked for even a longer pause.”
National Security Council spokesman John Kirby stated, “We have been urging the Israelis to minimize civilian casualties and to do everything that they can to reduce those numbers.”
The Hamas-run health ministry claims over 10,000 people have died since the attacks began.
Israel plans to choose areas, give civilians notice, and temporarily pause activity.
The IDF warned of taking action if Hamas initiates combat activities during these pauses.
The Times of Israel stated that “if Hamas takes advantage of these pauses to initiate combat activities or fire rockets, the IDF said they will take action in response to the origin of the threat.”
“This is further proof of the terrorist organization’s cynical use of the residents of the Gaza Strip as a human shield for its murderous terrorist activity,” the IDF pressed.
U.S. military leaders are urging Israel to be more precise in targeting Hamas, while there are calls for an immediate cease-fire in Gaza.
Netanyahu has rejected these demands, stating that the fighting will not end until all Hamas hostages are freed.
However, Netanyahu also mentioned engaging in talks to provide international maneuvering room for continued military activity.
