Witnesses in Hunter Biden’s gun case trial contradicted claims from his associates that data from his infamous laptop was manipulated.
FBI agent Erika Jensen testified she found no evidence of tampering after examining files from Hunter’s iCloud account obtained via warrant.
While Hunter’s expert had implied data in the public sphere didn’t match the physical laptop, Jensen said she saw no tampering.
“Did you find out if any of the files had been tampered with,” Hunter’s attorney asked Jensen.
“I did not,” she said.
Hunter’s lawyer asked Jensen about tampering during cross-examination but she said she did not find any.
The testimony affirms the DOJ’s stance that the laptop is authentic based on iCloud data matching files Hunter left at a repair shop.
It contrasts past narratives from CNN, Politico and Biden administration officials who labeled the newsworthy laptop reports as Russian disinformation without evidence.
