Prosecutors in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office are facing allegations of potentially misleading the court after admitting to deleting some phone records submitted as evidence in the Trump Organization tax fraud trial.

Trump’s lawyer obtained confirmation from a paralegal that approximately three pages of records between Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Dylan Howard, and Daniels’ manager were removed.

While the significance is disputed, the incomplete records submission could be seen as misleading.

This adds to scrutiny faced by various prosecutors involved in cases against Trump, including accusations of political collusion between the DOJ and these prosecutors to selectively target the former president.

The Missouri Attorney General is now investigating the DOJ for potential election interference related to these prosecutions.

“I am demanding the DOJ turn over communications relating to the illicit prosecutions of President Trump,” Missouri AG Andrew Bailey said.

“This includes communications between the DOJ and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, New York AG Leticia James, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis.”

“Thanks to evidence that has come to light, my office has reason to believe Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice is the headquarters of the illicit prosecutions against President Trump,” he added.
