At a fundraiser for Joe Biden’s 2024 presidential campaign in New York City, Barack Obama snapped at protesters who repeatedly interrupted a panel with Obama, Biden and Bill Clinton that was moderated by Stephen Colbert.
Protesters shouted slogans like “Shame on you Joe Biden” and “Blood on your hands” as they were ushered out.
Outside, others chanted “[Expletive] Joe Biden” and “Genocide Joe has got to go.”

The event aimed to raise $25 million. Meanwhile, Donald Trump attended a wake for a slain NYPD officer, highlighting Democratic policies’ impact on crime.
“It is such an honor to be in this room with so many rich people,” actress Mindy Kaling said.
“People are paying up to $500,000 to be here tonight,” she said, adding, “For that kind of money at an RNC fundraiser, you get to be Secretary of State.”
Trump’s team contrasted this with Biden hanging out with “rich and famous” donors instead of honoring police.
“President Trump will be honoring the life and legacy of Officer Diller and paying respects to his family, friends, and the NYPD for their terrible loss,” Trump campaign Communications Director Steven Cheung said. “Meanwhile, the Three Stooges—Biden, Obama, and Clinton—will be at a glitzy fundraiser in the city with their elitist, out-of-touch celebrity benefactors.”
The fundraiser also occurred as Biden faced criticism over inflation and other issues.
