President Biden recounted during an interview that one of his favorite White House memories was his grandchildren sneaking into bed with him and his wife.
However, most of Biden’s grandchildren are now adults aged 18-30, calling into question the accuracy of the anecdote.
“Our kids jumping in bed with us, well our grandkids, when they’re down here, just sneaking up and jumping in bed with us. That’s my favorite memory here. They love it,” Biden said.
Biden has seven grandchildren total, six of whom he’s met, with only one being a young child of four years old.
The comment suggests Biden may have forgotten or confused details about his grandchildren’s current ages.
