The judge then granted the prosecutor’s request for a gag order barring Trump from commenting on witnesses, prosecutors, and jurors, but did not include the judge or his family.
“His daughter is a senior executive at a Super Liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam “Shifty” Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, (Dem)Senate Majority PAC, and even Crooked Joe Biden,” Trump wrote.

The order was an attempt to protect the trial from Trump’s attacks and threats from his supporters.
The hush money case stems from felony charges that Trump falsified business records related to payments made during the 2016 election.
It is one of four criminal cases against Trump and the only one currently scheduled before the midterms, which he claims is a politically motivated timing. An appeal of the trial date is expected.
“They decide to wait until now, just during the election, so that I won’t be able to campaign,” Trump said. “I will be appealing this.”
