Rob Reiner is urging Taylor Swift to publicly endorse Joe Biden for reelection in 2024, believing it could help save Biden’s flailing presidency.
Reiner says he would “give anything” for Swift to announce her support, as the pop star remained silent after backing Biden in 2020.
“I’d give anything for her to endorse Joe Biden,” Reiner wrote. “She would virtually single handedly save American Democracy.”

However, Swift may be wary of damaging her brand by endorsing the unpopular 81-year-old Biden, whose approval ratings are close to record lows especially among young Democrats.
Reiner is a major Hollywood supporter of Biden who has donated to his campaigns and organized fundraisers.
However, attempts to equate Biden with democracy do not seem to be resonating with the American public, whose polls show deep dissatisfaction with Biden and doubts about his age and effectiveness for a second term.
