A Harvard-Harris poll found that a majority of US voters have doubts about Joe Biden’s mental fitness to serve as president.
57% said they have doubts about his fitness, including 85% of Republicans, 61% of independents, and 27% of Democrats.
63% said Biden is showing he is too old to be president.
His public appearances were seen as giving credibility to fears about his age and memory by 63% overall, including 83% of Republicans and 61% of independents.
61% said Biden’s public lapses were becoming more frequent.
Finally, 60% believed that electing a president who raises questions about age, memory or concentration could be potentially dangerous for the country.
