The Justice Department is investigating James Biden, brother of President Joe Biden, in connection with a Medicare fraud scheme involving Americore, a health care company.

Two probes are reportedly underway – one looking at James Biden’s activities regarding Americore, and another in Florida examining loans James Biden received relating to an Americore deal.

Investigators are scrutinizing a $200,000 loan James Biden got from Americore on the same day he lent Joe Biden $200,000, though James Biden denies any link.

A separate lawsuit alleges an investment fund manager embezzled millions in sham Americore loans and diverted $600,000 to James Biden.

Emails also suggest a lawyer who has represented both Hunter and James Biden was tied to loans under investigation.

However, James Biden’s role in the criminal probes remains unclear.
