Six sisters from Missouri known as the Overalls, ranging from 88 to 101 years old, believe they have set the world record for the longest-living set of siblings.

With a combined age of 570 years, they celebrated one sister’s 97th birthday and interviewed with a local news station about reaching out to Guinness World Records to confirm their record.

The sisters remarked on their many shared experiences and feeling blessed by God for their long lives.

“We’ve had a lot of experiences,” one sister said.

“God’s been good to us to give us the life that we’ve had,” another said.

“We only wish our only brother, Stanley Overall Jr., was still with us,” they said.

They used to be seven siblings but their only brother Stanley passed away at 81, and would have been 102, with his daughter saying he would be thrilled and proud of his sisters.

“I think he would be thrilled with it, and very proud of all of his sisters because they all meant the world to him,” Stanley’s daughter said.

Regardless of any official recognition, the sisters feel very blessed by their longevity together.
