Donald Trump claimed at a rally that if he loses the 2024 presidential election, it will mean the end of American democracy.
He repeated false claims of election fraud in 2020 and praised January 6th rioters as “patriots.”
Trump warned of a “bloodbath” and economic damage if he is not reelected.
“If we don’t win this election, I don’t think you’re going to have another election in this country,” Trump said.
“If I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole country,” he said.
Biden’s campaign condemned Trump’s “extremism” and “threats of political violence.”
Trump also appealed to Black and Hispanic voters, claiming illegal immigration under Biden has hurt their communities by taking jobs, without evidence.
“No-one has been hurt by Joe Biden’s migrant invasion more than our great African American and Hispanic communities,” Trump said.
The remarks come as Trump seeks the Republican nomination for another White House bid against Biden in 2024.
