Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is mounting an independent presidential campaign and is expected to choose Nicole Shanahan as his running mate.
Shanahan is an attorney and entrepreneur who was previously married to Google co-founder Sergey Brinn and was a major funder of a pro-Kennedy Super Bowl ad.
“They align on numerous issues,” an inside source said. “The campaign is also looking for a candidate who can help finance the ballot access initiative.”

“She might be infusing millions of dollars into the campaign to help fund the ballot initiative, which makes her attractive financially; however, she lacks the qualifications to actually do the job,” the source added.
She reportedly aligns with Kennedy on key issues and can help finance the critical ballot access process.
This comes after initial reports that outspoken NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers was being considered for VP but has since dropped out.
The Kennedy campaign has yet to confirm Shanahan as the pick, but Mediaite substantiated their reporting by verifying Shanahan-linked donation websites and the involvement of a Kennedy advisor, providing credence to their exclusive on her expected selection.
