The Hollywood power couple of Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have moved away from Los Angeles with their two young daughters to give them a more normal upbringing away from the celebrity lifestyle.
A source close to the actors said they left LA and relocated slightly further north to provide their children with space and boundaries, while still being close enough for Gosling and Mendes to work.
The source said the couple’s top priority is their girls and that they’ve created a balanced family life.
“For them, the most important job is their girls,” the inside source stated. “Everything else comes second.”
“And their girls are thriving,” they said. “They left L.A. to live a bit further north, away from Hollywood. They didn’t want the girls to grow up around other celebrity kids.”
“Eva and Ryan love their life,” the source added. “It’s admirable how they’ve been able to create balance and boundaries. They care so much about their marriage and just want their girls to live a happy life.”
“When they are not working, they are all about their girls,” the source said.
Both Gosling and Mendes are very hands-on parents and try to shield their daughters from publicity, not posting about them on social media.
They want to raise their kids away from other celebrity children in Hollywood and ensure they have a happy childhood.
