There are allegations that Fani Willis, the district attorney investigating Trump, lied under oath about having an affair with a subordinate.

This could constitute perjury, a felony punishable by prison time and disbarment. Questions have arisen about Willis meeting with Kamala Harris and misusing funds.

Republicans are investigating potential ethical violations and coordination with the Biden DOJ.

A witness claimed learning of the affair from the subordinate’s upset ex-wife.

Experts argue an independent probe is needed to uphold legal integrity.

“We need somebody with full subpoena power, with full ability to get search warrants to be able to get to the bottom of all of this because the integrity of the system depends on it,” Phil Holloway said.

The allegations against Willis, if substantiated, could end her career as perjury and unethical conduct breach standards for attorneys.

A judge will decide on disqualifying Willis from the Trump case within two weeks.
