Drag queen RuPaul plans to counter anti-grooming legislation by sending a “rainbow school bus” from California to distribute books that have been banned in southern states.

RuPaul co-founded the online bookstore Allstora to fill a gap from “strange days” of such legislation aiming to prevent children from transgender issues and materials.

“My heart goes out to them because they’re clearly in a lot of pain — pain that you and I could not even imagine,” RuPaul said.

Allstora will feature RuPaul’s memoir in its first monthly book club.

The “Rainbow Book Bus” will distribute books in Alabama, Florida and Louisiana with local LGBTQ groups, aiming to give away 10,000 books by year’s end.

Meanwhile, RuPaul and his husband are building a fortified compound in Wyoming, warning of a looming civil war.
