Country singer Kacey Musgraves experienced a minor wardrobe mishap at the end of her appearance on “Saturday Night Live.”
After performing two songs, Musgraves joined the host Sydney Sweeney at the show’s conclusion.
However, when Musgraves turned to face the camera, viewers could see a hair clip she had forgotten to remove.

Musgraves herself pointed out the fashion faux pas on social media with a displeased emoji.
“The clip. I forgot to remove the clip,” she wrote.
“Stars, they’re just like us,” one X user wrote.
“With or without the clip, you’re incredible,” another user wrote.
“It looks like it’s there on purpose don’t worry about it!” another said.
“And just so ya’ll know, right before I sang, my panties came off,” Musgraves said. “They were the stick-on kind, I mean, just look at this dress…They were stuck on, and then they weren’t stuck on, so I literally had to rip ’em off and throw them somewhere.”
“In case you see them somewhere around here, they’re mine,” she quipped.
Hair clips are commonly used during makeup preparation to avoid creasing, so Musgraves likely left hers in after touch-ups backstage.
Though a small blunder, it showed her ability to laugh at herself along with her performances of “Too Good To Be True” and “Deeper Well” from her upcoming album of the same name.
