Michael Meyden, a 57-year-old father from Oregon, allegedly drugged his daughter’s 12-year-old friends with laced smoothies during a sleepover.

The girls reported feeling woozy, with one blacking out and another pretending to sleep while feeling watched by Meyden.

One girl managed to text her mother for help, leading to her rescue by a family friend.

“Mom please pick me up and say I had a family emergency,” one girl texted her mother. “I don’t feel safe. I might not respond but please come get me (crying emoji), Please. Please pick up. Please. PLEASE!!”

The girl “walked slowly and used the assistance of her mother for balance, her eyelids were heavy, and she spoke slowly,” the affidavit read.

Meyden was indicted on multiple charges, including causing others to ingest a controlled substance and delivering a controlled substance to a minor.

He pleaded not guilty and posted bail.

The incident occurred in August, and Meyden’s divorce followed shortly after.
