Former Representative Tulsi Gabbard said in an interview that she would be open to serving as a vice presidential nominee.

When asked directly by the Fox News host if she would be open to a VP slot, Gabbard responded that she would be open to it, noting her mission is to serve the country by being in a position to solve problems, and there are many problems that need solving.

Friday, during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) said she was “open” to serving as a vice-presidential nominee.

Fox News’ Jesse Watters said, “Tulsi, you’re being considered for a VP slot.”

“Is that something you’re open to?” asked Watters.

Gabbard said, “I would be open to that.”

“My mission is to serve our country. I want to be in a position to solve problems, Jesse, and we’ve got a lot of them to solve,” said Gabbard.
