A Texas judge upheld a ruling for Jerry Jones to take a paternity test regarding the claim of 27-year-old Alexandra Davis.

Jones denies paternity, arguing the woman’s mother’s husband is the presumed father.

“Alex is in a position where she really no longer has to hide her truth or live under the thumb of fear and maybe she’s going to finally get some peace and we hope other families will have that same benefit from the judge following the law,” attorney Kris Hayes said.

Davis alleges Jones is her father from a ’90s relationship with her mother.

Davis seeks to prove paternity and refiled a defamation lawsuit against Jones and associates for labeling her an extortionist.

The case has involved various legal battles, including appeals and a previous dismissal due to statements in ESPN articles.
