Stephen Claude Rattigan, a previously deported criminal illegal alien, shot multiple police officers in Washington, D.C. during an arrest warrant service related to animal cruelty.
Rattigan, also known as Julius James, has a criminal history dating back to 1995.
He shot three officers, barricaded himself, and was charged with multiple offenses.

ICE has requested his transfer for deportation after serving his sentence.
Rattigan re-entered the U.S. illegally after being deported in 2001.
