Former President Trump’s leadership PAC, Save America, has spent $2.9 million on legal bills last month, with most of the money coming from pro-Trump super PAC MAGA Inc.
The PAC has spent a total of $76.7 million on legal fees over the last two years.
Trump’s campaign cash holdings dropped to $30 million in January, but he successfully won GOP primary contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.
Trump faces legal challenges, including a $355 million fine for manipulating his net worth and owing over $542 million in legal judgments.
He has already paid $5 million to E. Jean Carroll for defamation and may have to pay more in the future.
