Former Argentinian President Javier Milei met with former President Donald Trump at CPAC, expressing support and a desire to work together.

Milei, elected last year, has since dismantled government agencies and reduced bureaucracy.

“Don’t let the siren calls of social justice fool you,” Milei said in his speech. “I come from a country that bought all those stupid ideas.”

“There are professionals who make a living out of defending these corrupt groups and who basically profess the religion of government…We will not surrender until we make Argentina great again!” he said.

He echoed Trump’s views on border security and far-left movements, warning against socialism and advocating for less government regulation.

Milei campaigned with “Make Argentina Great Again” hats, aligning with Trump’s 2016 campaign style.
