The hosts of The View discussed the possibility of another presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden in 2024.
Sara Haines said Trump should be fact-checked in real-time or have his mic cut off, arguing he overtalks and misleads.
Whoopi Goldberg joked Hillary Clinton should have kicked Trump in 2016.
Clinton “should have kicked her foot backwards and hit him where it hurts,” Goldberg said.
Joy Behar expressed concern Biden may not be up to the task given some recent verbal mistakes.
Haines said Biden has more to lose since Trump’s base is locked in, but undecideds could be lost for Biden with one error.
Joy says the quiet part out loud and admits the concern is that Biden is going to make a fool out of himself.

“Biden can lose, and he can lose in a debate. Trump will not … Biden makes one mistake and the people that are undecided are out,” Haines said.
The conversation reflected growing doubts regarding Biden’s debating abilities and desire to limit Trump’s debating tactics if another face-off were to occur.
